Tropical fruits with pistachios & coconut

Ingredients (serves 6-8):

  • 16 slices ripe mango, pineapple, watermelon and/or papaya
  • 4 teaspoons “ carnation light and creamy ” coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios

Directions:

  1. Place fruit slices on a serving platter. Drizzle with coconut milk and sprinkle with pistachios.

Energy: 60 cal, fats: 3g, carbohydrates: 7.5g, protein: 1g
