Overnight Oats

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1/2 cup traditional oats
  • 1/2 cup low fat milk
  • 1/3 cup low fat Greek yogurt (Chobani Greek yoghurt is a good choice)
  • 1-2 tbsp chopped nuts
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Fresh or frozen berries


Combine the oats with the milk and nuts in a serving bowl. Place in the fridge overnight. The next morning, stir in the yogurt and top with cinnamon and berries. Enjoy!
