The following information contains information on our support service, instructions on completing our patient registration information sheet, our after hours contact in the event of an emergency, information for patients requiring manometry, instructions following your discharge from hospital along with our clinical locator.

Manometry

You have been advised by your doctor to undergo a Manometry study to assess your oesophagus (gullet). This will be done using a high resolution ManoScan machine which assesses the functioning of your oesophagus. You may also need to wear a monitor for 24 hours to assess acid levels in your oesophagus.
